VENEZUELA: For every crime in Mexico there are 10 in Venezuela.
A study by the National Institute of Statistics reveals that in 2009 19 000 133 reported murders, the homicide rate is "75 per 100 000 inhabitants", in Mexico there are 8 per 100 000 inhabitants
